Our office operates daily from 9:00–21:00 and check in time is amongst those hours. For late check ins and check outs please inform our staff. Check in after office hours may require additional services that may incur additional fees. Late check outs until 18:00 include an extra cost and are upon availability.

Extra Beds and Baby Cots

Extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and need to be confirmed. We are delighted to provide baby cots and extra beds for children up to ten years old with our compliments. For children ages ten plus and adults the extra bed are available at 10 euros per night and maximum one per room. Please check our room descriptions so as to see which rooms can include cots and extra beds.

Cancellation Policy

The first night’s payment is required for any reservation. If cancelled or modified later or in case of a no-show, the first night will be charged.

Guarantee and Deposit Policy

For all reservations a first night’s payment and a valid credit card should be provided. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival. Full payment is completed upon arrival. Credit card information is held until the day after the scheduled departure. Credit cards accepted: Master, Maestro, Visa and Union Pay.

Pet Policy

The accommodation must be informed in advance if guests are wishing to bring a pet. Please inform the office of the breed and weight of the pet. Pets must be kept on a leash when in public areas and should be well behaved, insuring that there will be no noise by the pet so as not to disturb the other guests. Any damages or stains must be paid for by the guests according to repair and replacement costs.
